In 1985, Dale Nova first began real estate marketing in Siskiyou County.  His wife and partner, Giselle, is also a California State Licensed real estate salesperson, and began her Siskiyou County real estate investment and marketing efforts in 1979.

Dale was the planning and marketing realtor who helped bring the area the Mt. Shasta Resort and Golf Course.  He also helped plan the signature subdivision of Mt. Shasta, the Lake Siskiyou Highlands.  In the periphery of the Mt. Shasta Resort, it was the cutting edge for neighborhood fire-safe planning in the late 1980s.  Dale Nova, a former firefighter, is very passionate about fire safety and serves as a co-facilitator for the Mount Shasta Area Fire Safe Council  and as a joint coordinator for the Fire Safe Council of Siskiyou County.

Nova has helped his real estate clients develop many prosperous local businesses, ranches, and income properties.  His business acumen is coupled with a healthy enthusiasm, bolstered by over twenty-five years of close associations with business people, government leaders, and civic organizations throughout Siskiyou County.  In addition, he has negotiated many home sales, making happy homeowners and smiling sellers with his philosophy of "win-win" whenever you can!
